1. Parking of vehicles is permitted only on the basis of a contractual relationship. The contractual relationship arises at the moment of taking a parking card from the parking facility stand. It is prohibited to enter the parking lot with a parking card issued by the parking facility. By entering the parking lot, the driver agrees to these operating rules. If the driver does not agree with any of the rules, they must leave the parking lot immediately.

2. The entry and exit barriers are controlled by a parking card, which serves as the basis for payment of parking fees. Keep your parking card in a safe place.

3. Drivers are required to follow traffic signs on roads and at the entrance to the parking lot. Failure to do so constitutes a traffic violation. Parking outside of marked parking spaces is prohibited.

4. It is prohibited to enter the parking lot with a trailer, bus, truck, motorhome, or caravan. The driver of the vehicle is fully responsible for any damage caused by failure to comply with this point.

5. In the event of loss or damage (as per point 7 of these operating rules), the parking card holder must purchase a new parking card (lost parking card) from the payment machine at a replacement cost of CZK 2,000. After paying the relevant amount, the payment machine will issue a new parking card for leaving the car park. The parking user can then leave the car park. The amount of CZK 2,000 paid for the purchase of a “lost parking card” is non-refundable under any circumstances and cannot be claimed back, even if purchased by mistake.

6. Vehicles from outside are prohibited from entering the parking lot in the opposite direction through the open exit barrier without a parking card. The open exit barrier is only for vehicles leaving the parking lot. Violation of this prohibition will result in a fine of CZK 2,000 payable to the parking lot operator. Parking customers must purchase a parking card (lost parking card) at the payment machine for a replacement fee of CZK 2,000. After paying the relevant amount, the payment machine will issue a new parking card for leaving the parking lot. Parking customers can then leave the parking lot.

7. Parkers are strictly prohibited from leaving the parking card in the parked vehicle (theft, damage from sunlight, heat in the vehicle, etc.), as it is made of thermal paper. Parking lot customers are also required to ensure that the parking card is stored properly so that it is not damaged, crumpled, or generally rendered unreadable by the exit barrier scanning device or parking lot payment machine.

8. Immobile vehicles and vehicles parked outside of designated parking spaces may be towed at the expense of the vehicle owner.

9. Children may only move around the parking lot when accompanied by adults, who are responsible for their safety.

10. If traffic in the parking lot is controlled by staff, parkers are required to follow the instructions given by the staff.

11. The following is not permitted in the parking lot:

– performing any repairs or refueling

– parking immobile vehicles

– permanently leaving anything outside the vehicle and littering the parking lot

– handling flammable materials and open flames

– allowing animals to run loose

– parking trailers or caravans

– parking trucks and buses

12. Any damage caused to the parking facility during parking must be reported immediately to the operator before the vehicle leaves the parking area. (tel. 602 050 759)

13. The parking lot operator rents a parking space to the user for parking a vehicle for the contractual period. The operator is not liable for damage caused to the parked vehicle and its accessories during parking.

14. The parking fee price list is available at the entrance barrier.

15. The entire area is monitored by cameras.
